The customer service was absolutely amazing, Ms. Brenda and her staff under her were superb. Ms. Brenda made sure that the stay was comfortable delightful. Even by checking in via text messages, which I've never received before from a hotel. The accommodations from the breakfast to the room look exactly like the photos online. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I look forward to going back to my wife and I, and I look forward to seeing her again. She made me feel so at home. The cooking staff in the morning for the continental breakfast. The young lady. She was very welcoming as well and helpful. Plus the housekeeping. They did a great job with keeping the room clean. Because I'm a phobic. And I always clean a room before. I got there, and I wiped everything down. And it was no dust, no dirt anywhere. I was very, very pleased. I can't say more than enough about this place. Please go and have a wonderful stay, Mrs. M.Ray! Will post pics soon...

Is the parking was easy accessible. There was plenty of parking for the facility, and there were plenty of restaurants in the area. The facility was nice and clean the breakfast room was nice and big. My spouse really liked the fresh coffee every couple of hours. I also called ahead and asked if I could block a room in place because I wanted to send flowers to my spouse and they locked my room in place and they put the flowers in my room for me.

Brenda at the front desk was the best front desk person i ever encountered at a hotel front desk. she was pleasant, cheerful,willing to answer questions and help us get the perfect room... she was amazing !!

The room was clean , the refrigerator went out , I had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice. The ice machine didn't work on the floor

The staff was very friendly. Even when other guest were very rude to them. The staff had a lot on their hands due to the glitch from Microsoft. They tried all they could to accommodate the guest. GREAT JOB!

Love the desk in the suite to do puzzles on. We stayed here last year for our annual trip to birch run/frankenmuth and came back again! Short drive, less crowded and a lot cheaper than staying right there by them.

The friendliness of staff. The hotel was clean. The carpet looked vacuumed, floors looked swept, tables and nightstand were clean. No dirtiness on the walls. I always check for bed bugs by pulling off sheets and the bed and sheets were clean. The breakfast was awesome!!! A lot of variety offered- multiple toppings for oatmeal and waffles. Sausage was well cooked and eggs were fluffy and flavorful, which was a great surprise. I loved the many options for beverages and coffee(dark, medium and light roast), and even hot chocolate! The bathrooms were clean and nice size. The room was spacious and I loved the hidden closet behind the huge full length mirror. Also, I really liked how the hallways were well lit, peepholes were wide and clear- you can see if anyone was suspicious. The final thing and most important attribute, was the main entrance doors locked at 9pm until the morning! That made me feel safe! Also, the cameras located throughout the hotel requiring people to provide their I.D. Great security measures indeed! That is very important now a days!!!
